Situated in the Me'aisem 1 district, DPC occupies a substantial area spanning approximately 43,000,000 square feet (4,000,000 square metres), strategically located along Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road. It is in close proximity to notable developments like Dubai Sports City, Jumeirah Golf Estates, and Jumeirah Village.
