Jumeirah Village Circle is a freehold development consisting of more than 350 towers or townhouses and 33 landscaped parks. It was launched in 2005 and developed by Nakheel, located off Sheikh Zayed Road, the main road through Dubai. JVC was created with family renters and merchants away from the hustle and bustle of the city in mind. The area has many amenities that make it ideal for families with children. Parks and community centers are a good distraction for them, and there are several schools near the area.

The JVC is made up of an area of more than 870 hectares and is divided into six districts. Accommodation here includes large villas, townhouses and apartments and although you can find fully occupied properties here, there is also a lot of construction activity.
