Tilal Al Ghaf is a mixed-use community located along Hessa Street in Dubai, covering an area of 3 million square meters. It is developed by Majid Al Futtaim, the community will have residential properties, retail stores, entertainment centers and many lifestyle amenities. Tilal Al Ghaf comprises 6,500 units including apartments, luxury villas and townhouses. Lifestyle amenities include 11 km of bike trails and 18 km of hiking trails.

The Tilal Al Ghaf development will redefine waterfront living along the 70,000 square meter Al Ghaf Lagoon, with a 400m waterfront destination called Hive Beach and a 1.5km boardwalk. The area will also feature recycling facilities, water metering and smart street lighting.
