DRE are currently looking for driven individuals to join our real estate community. The organisation is currently going through a complete rebrand and we are looking for talented Property Associates to join our brand new office. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn new skills.
As a Property Associate, you will be given the training, support and knowledge you need to build on your existing sales skills and become a real estate expert.
Role & Responsibilities-
- Collecting information about a property and arranging for the appropriate marketing materials to be created.
- Expert knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the UAE Real Estate market
- Creating and attending property valuations and viewings
- Negotiating with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing right through to offer stage
- Monitoring sales and liasing with appropriate managers
- Following all company generated leads
- Self-generating leads through cold calls, marketing and networking
- Keeping up to date with market trends in the local property market.
Qualifications & Experience-
- Previous sales experience in a b2c or b2b environment
- Strong customer service or sales skills
- Ability to use social media and keep up to date with trends
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn new knowledge and easily adapt
