In line with sustainability principles, RAK Central aims for LEED Gold Certification and will incorporate advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), to create an intelligent, cutting-edge ecosystem. The development includes freehold residential plots meticulously arranged for picturesque views, pedestrian-friendly spaces, and expansive parks, promoting a serene lifestyle.
As part of its strategic approach, Marjan is exploring alliances to support RAK Central's development and realize the vision set by the emirate's leadership.
