Originally from the Philippines, Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from one of the top universities in Manila. She moved to Dubai in December 2002, where she began building a career in the real estate and construction industry. With over 20 years of experience, she has developed a strong foundation in property management and executive support.
She spent two decades with an established company, serving as both a Property Management professional and Personal Assistant to the Owner, gaining extensive hands-on experience and deep industry knowledge.
Following a significant career transition, she joined DRE in October 2022. Although the initial application was for a Front Office Executive role, her experience was recognised, leading to an offer for the position of Property Management Executive—perfectly aligned with her background.
Through dedication and consistent performance, she was promoted to Team Leader in September 2025. In her current role, she leads the Property Management team, overseeing a portfolio of high-profile clients who entrust the management of their valuable properties. She remains committed to delivering reliable service, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence
