This grand event, celebrating women's achievements across business, health, media, the arts, and technology, has seen enthusiastic participation and nominations since its announcement in April.

This prestigious recognition celebrates her outstanding contributions and leadership in the real estate sector.

In a heartfelt moment, Shahida Mushtaq Ghulam Jeelani receives the award on behalf of her daughter. Shaikha Lubna Bint Khalid Al Qasimi, the UAE’s first female minister, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, delivering an inspiring keynote address. This was followed by insightful speeches from Ismail Al Naqi, Director General of the Free Zones Authority of Ajman, and Eugene Mayne, Founder and CEO of Tristar Group.

The distinguished jury included prominent figures such as Dr Eesa Mohammed Al Bastaki, President of the University of Dubai; Shaikha Ebrahim Al Mutawa, Director of Hospitality Affairs in the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism; Paras Shahdadpuri, Chairman of the Nikai Group of Companies; and Salima Gutieva, Vice President and Country Manager for the UAE at Visa. Their expertise and vision contributed to the selection of this year’s exceptional winners.
