Role & Responsibilities-

• Engage with candidates regarding open job opportunities
• Use social media to create content which will attract and engage with candidates

• Compile job adverts
• Liaise with training team to ensure candidates are aware of start dates and interviews

• Create effective strategies to engage, retain and attract new talent

Qualifications & Experience-

• Previous experience in a similar role in Dubai
• Strong customer service or sales skills
• Ability to use social media and keep up to date with trends
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent Russian and English speaker

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in UAE Real Estate with strong knowledge of the market. It would be advantageous to have recruitment experience.
