Dubai Has Become an End-User Market - Qurat Ul Ain & Mudasir Mushtaq

“Dubai's real estate landscape has become an end-user market,” mentioned Qurat Ul Ain and Mudasir Mushtaq, founders of Drehomes Real Estate.

Dubai appears poised to surpass previous transaction value records. What factors do you believe contribute to this extraordinary surge?

The remarkable growth stems from several factors: consistent governance, top-notch infrastructure, safety measures, impressive handling of the pandemic, and the allure of the Golden Visa.

The year 2022 was remarkable, and 2023 has been nothing short of enchanting. What's your outlook for 2024 regarding the Dubai real estate market?

Dubai's shift to an end-user-oriented market is unmistakable in the statistics. The secondary market will likely maintain its strength in 2024. The demand for townhouses and villas remains high with limited availability, evident from consecutive sellouts of new launches. The apartment sector appears crowded, prompting clients to seek value-driven projects. Luxury properties retain their robust standing, especially those with scarce natural waterfront options.

What strategies does your company plan to implement in 2024 to foster growth?

Our company's core vision revolves around customer-centricity. To enhance our service delivery to esteemed clients, we're heavily investing in technology and customer care. Our firm thrives on a people-centric approach, valuing our resources and fostering a familial work environment.

Additionally, we are directing substantial investments into AI for our marketing strategies, a pivotal aspect of our business. Furthermore, we're expanding our operations and relocating to a state-of-the-art 14,000 sq. ft. office in Dubai Hills Estate. These exciting endeavours reflect our commitment to achieving exceptional results in 2023 and 2024.
