In Dubai, the opening of a luxury property took place with the help of 500 drones that illuminated the skyline.

In a first-of-its-kind show, Omniyat has unveiled AVA at Palm Jumeirah, part of the Dorchester Collection Dubai. It continues through Thursday. The project has 17 hanging palaces with an innovative architectural style, with the potential to reshape the real estate and luxury markets.

Several media representatives attended the debut. For the first time, drones are displaying 3D architectural models.

Residents and guests at Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Beach, and Dubai Marina were captivated by 500 drones flying over 120 metres above the ground to showcase the new AVA at the Palm Jumeirah project.

Omniyat’s second Palm Jumeirah development follows the Dorchester Collection, Dubai’s One at Palm Jumeirah.

An announcement about the project occurred in conjunction with the opening of One at Palm Jumeirah, a Dorchester Collection project in Dubai. As a result of the sale of the three most expensive and exclusive penthouses in Dubai for more than Dh260 million, the completed project has already gone to foreign investors.
