Barco Developers Releases New Development Livia Residences in Dubai South

The Barco Developers, a real estate entity in the UAE, has started its operation, envisioning providing more than 2 million square feet of community-based dwellings in Dubai and other emirates.

Livia Residences is the debut project presented by the company, located in Dubai South. The project consists of 71 residential apartments, six storeys, and the initial cost of the apartment is AED555,000. Handover is scheduled for Q4 2027.

The design itself has Los Angeles-style architecture and concrete Dubai functionality.

The structure has a glass front, landscaped environs and interiors that have a 3 metre tall ceiling, floor-to-ceiling windows, and furnished kitchens. All the houses have smart homes with lighting systems, curtains, and climate control.

Livia Residences offers more than 20 facilities catering to active, leisure, family, and productive living needs.

They include swimming pool, yoga deck, golf turf, jogging track, outdoor cinema, children play area, pets corner, co-working areas, and Wi-Fi enabled common areas. The development offers smart security 24/7.

The introduction of Livia Residences can be seen as the effort of Barco Developers to provide residential areas in the growth centers, merging both comfort and technology for buyers with middle income. The company has strategized on the projects of Arjan, Dubai Land Residential Complex (DLRC) and Jebel Ali Hills.
