Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz unveil the world’s first Mercedes-Benz branded city in Dubai

A Dh30 billion master-planned development in Meydan marks the second global real estate collaboration between the two iconic brands.
In a historic partnership uniting luxury automotive craftsmanship with visionary real estate development, Binghatti Developers—Dubai’s largest and fastest-growing developer—has joined forces with Mercedes-Benz to announce the launch of Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City, the world’s first fully Mercedes-Benz branded city. The landmark project represents a total investment value of Dh30 billion.
Following the global success of Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai, this ambitious development marks the second branded residential collaboration between Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz. It also signifies a major milestone for Binghatti, as Binghatti City becomes the developer’s first fully integrated, master-planned community.
Designed as a complete urban ecosystem, the development will offer residents seamless access to nature, connectivity, comfort, and convenience—all within a walkable environment—while maintaining exceptional design quality and refined living standards.
Commenting on the partnership, Binghatti Chairman Muhammad Binghatti stated:

The official signing ceremony took place at the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart, Germany, between Muhammad Binghatti and Mathias Geisen, Member of the Board of Management of Mercedes-Benz Group AG (Marketing & Sales), formally initiating the second phase of collaboration. The project is scheduled for its official launch on January 14, 2026.
