YAS Developers Launches Boutique Luxury Project “Casa Altia”

YAS Developers has announced the launch of its latest boutique luxury residential development, Casa Altia, located in the well-connected community of Al Furjan. The project marks another milestone for the developer as it continues to expand its presence in Dubai’s fast-growing real estate market.
Casa Altia follows the successful handover of the developer’s earlier projects, Altia Residence and Altia One, both situated in Dubai Silicon Oasis. Building on this momentum, the company is planning an ambitious expansion strategy with AED 1 billion worth of new developments expected to launch in Dubai in 2026.

Commenting on the launch, Muneer Kutty stated that the company’s vision aligns with the goals of the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, which aims to increase homeownership and expand the sector’s contribution to the national economy.
