Binghatti Unveils World’s First Bugatti Residences in Dubai

Binghatti introduces the exquisite Bugatti Residences, an opulent tower in Business Bay. This is the world’s first Bugatti Residences in Dubai that redefines the art of an ultra-luxurious lifestyle.

Binghatti, the UAE-based developer that developed Bugatti Residences, launched it in Dubai on Wednesday night, the first-ever residential project by the French luxury carmaker in the world, amid a continued rise in demand for luxury branded and ultra-luxury homes in the post-pandemic period. The 43-floor uber-luxury project will have 171 mansions and 11 sky mansion penthouses, with each penthouse occupying an entire floor and located in Business Bay. Based on the year of Bugatti’s founding in 1909, prices begin at Dh19.09 million. In each unit, you will see the Dubai Water Canal on one side and the Burj Khalifa Downtown on the other.

There will be a private pool, a Jacuzzi spa, a Riviera-inspired beach, a fitness club, a private members club, a chef’s table, a private valet, and two garage-to-penthouse car lifts at the first Bugatti residence. Each unit at Bugatti Residences by Binghatti will have its own parking space, enabling ultra-high-net-worth residents to drive straight to their floor. Parking slots will be available in the highest penthouse. There will be an exhibition area on one floor for the cars of residents who live there as well.

The moment you open the door of a Bugatti and sit inside, you know it’s something very special; something that can’t be easily compared to anything else. Bugatti Residences is a highly exclusive retreat in the heart of the Metropolis that translates this feeling into a highly exclusive retreat. A great brand, whether it is a car, a watch, or any luxury item, begins with a strong design philosophy and a clear philosophy towards a specific lifestyle. Binghatti is built around similar pillars,” said Muhammad Binghatti, Binghatti’s CEO.

Despite many firms requesting Bugatti branded products, such as phones, bicycles and scooters, Mate Rimac, CEO of Bugatti Rimac, rejects them in order to protect the brand’s identity. The idea of real estate has been on our minds for quite some time, but we have never found a partner that meets our standards. We found that Muhammad Binghatti was the right partner for us, and Dubai is the right place for them. The company has the right expertise and financial strength – they tick all the right boxes. Most importantly, the entire Binghatti family is behind this project, not just the project managers, said Rimac.

The company’s projects meet the highest standards of sustainability, according to Binghatti. We bring the experience people enjoy at Palm Jumeirah and the French Riviera right into the heart of the city. He continued, our goal is to integrate the experience of cars into our development.
