Emaar Properties, a Dubai-listed company delivered the highest property sales limit of the time by selling properties worth AED 20.943 billion during the tenure of January to September 2021, as per a statement. The figure is four times higher than the previous year. The revenue of nine months surged 63 percent to AED 11.604 billion.

An Emaar spokesperson said that the strong performance of Emaar Development highlights the strength of Dubai’s property sector, driven by the robust economic fundamentals of the UAE. In the first nine months of 2021, Emaar Development successfully launched Golf Place Terraces, Palm Hills with Elie Saab and Majestic Vistas motivated by Automobili Lamborghini in Dubai Hills Estate, Palace Beach Residences, and Beach Mansion in Emaar Beachfront, Caya and Bliss in Arabian Ranches III, and Nara in The Valley.

The Emaar spokesperson further added that those developments also serve as dynamic hubs, with mind-blowing amenities, such as diverse retail and hospitality choices, which energize the economy and create new jobs and business opportunities. During the first nine months of 2021, Emaar Development delivered over 3,700 residential units in prime locations such as Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Creek Harbour, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, and Emaar South. Emaar has delivered over 51,000 residential units as of September 2021, with over 25,000 residences currently under construction in the UAE.
