A stunning ultra-luxury resort, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Dubai, nestled at the tip of a peninsula along the most prestigious private beach, is announced by Dubai Holding as a part of its commitment to enhancing Dubai’s position as a global hospitality and tourism destination. Along with the legendary Burj Al Arab Jumeirah and Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab completes the oceanic trilogy, showcasing unmatched connectivity and innovative dining experiences.
The completion of the resort is scheduled for 2023 with more than 160,000 square meters, 390 rooms, suites, penthouses, ultra-luxury hotels with 386 keys and four penthouses, 99 serviced apartments, 16 sales units, one penthouse, nine exclusive Quay Villas, and a private Marina with 82 berths. In addition to a sea-facing collection of six-bedroom Marina Villas, the development contains a unique 83 berth ultra-yacht marina, together with a boardwalk.
The hotel’s 390 rooms, suites, and penthouses offer four-meter ceilings, and many feature 11-meter-wide floor-to-ceiling balcony windows. Also, the property has a collection of luxury suites featuring retractable floor-to-ceiling glass, framing views of the Burj Al Arab, and the resort’s new marina for super yachts.
Developed by Dubai Holdings, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is a part of an overall development project.
