UAE always has the best leadership responsive country, now it is ranked among the top 10 countries with the best leadership response in the time of the global COVID-19 crisis, according to the GRID new index.
Global Response to Infectious Diseases (GRID) index, is the meters were designed to rank how efficient and effective a country’s leadership is and how arranged its health systems are in attacking the pandemic. There is a tracking processor by the Global Leadership Response in the COVID-19 Crisis’ by the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (Australia) and New Zealand topped the index, and apart from the UAE.
The other countries that did well were Australia, Singapore, Iceland, Finland, Norway, Canada, South Korea, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Japan, and Taiwan.
Nations that ranked low in leadership responses were India, Russia, China, Indonesia, the Philippines, Brazil, and the US.
Dr. Chris D’Souza, the principal developer of the GRID index said, analyzed that “in times of crisis, good leaders rally to nurture and protect their flock”. And he said, “Great leaders with vision go beyond their own national boundaries and unite the world fostering global partnerships to work towards the common good”.
