Azizi Developments has Accelerated Construction at Riviera in MBR City

With 7 completed buildings, Phase 1 is now 98% complete.

Azizi Developments, a renowned real estate developer in the United Arab Emirates, has achieved new milestones in Riviera’s construction. It’s a French Mediterranean-inspired waterfront community located in the heart of Mohammed Bin Rashid City and known for its Dubai business, shopping and retail centre.

Phase 1 is 98% completed, on the other hand, Phases 2, 3 and 4 are 90%, 65% and 21% completed. Their estimated completion dates are Q3 2022 to Q4 2024. Riviera is part of the award-winning portfolio of Azizi Developments. It is a beautiful waterfront lifestyle destination planned to include 71 mid-rise buildings with approximately 16,000 residences.

Azizi Developments recently launched Rêve, its 24-building, ultra-luxury phase in its Riviera project, and providing 7 buildings in phase I of Riviera, as well as the 634-unit Creek Views I development in Dubai Healthcare City developed at a value of nearly AED 300m. Currently, the developer is preparing to deliver the rest of the project in 2022, which will amount to 8,895 units across 42 projects.

Designed to present the French-Mediterranean lifestyle in Dubai, which is not only about architecture, but also about a certain ‘Joie de Vivre’: a celebration of life, an elevation of the soul, the Riviera represents a new destination historic property that is both residential and commercial, with plenty of retail space.
