An initiatives being rolled out by Dubai Land Department in alliance with Owner Association management companies. Where Dubai’s property owners can pay lower service charge for associated costs involved in owning a home in the emirate this year.
This year are being waived, as reported by ‘Gulf News‘ on Monday 13th April. All fines are eliminated by property owners for not paying service charges and now owners are allowed to pay their service charges via installments.
Marwan bin Ghalita, CEO of RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency), stated that, “in this Global Crisis, everyone is probable to show solidarity and collaboration to meet the call of our wise leadership to combat the global epidemic.
“JOP (jointly owned property) management companies and developers seek to show the highest degree of care and sympathetic of the current situation and the values that may result from it that affliction people.”
