In a groundbreaking real estate transaction today, The Dubai Land Department recorded the sale, making it as the highest-priced hotel apartment transaction ever documented in the local real estate market.
The opulent hotel apartment is situated within the prestigious One Za'abeel project, a development by Enrichment Dubai. Notably, Enrichment Dubai is a fully government-owned real estate development company operating under the Dubai Investment Corporation.
Spanning an impressive 41,737 square feet, the hotel apartment at One Za'abeel commands a price per square foot of 4,791 dirhams, reflecting the unparalleled luxury and exclusivity associated with this property. Anticipation is building as One Za'abeel prepares for its imminent opening, boasting a diverse array of offerings, including residential apartments, office and commercial units, and a resort managed by the renowned global brand "One&Only."
Among its prominent features are 94 units of One&Only private residences, 229 lavish hotel rooms and suites, the Siro hotel with 132 guest rooms, and a dedicated fitness club. The project stands as a testament to Dubai's commitment to delivering world-class, innovative real estate offerings that cater to the discerning tastes of a global clientele.
This sale eclipses the previous record, held by the second most expensive hotel apartment in Dubai, which was officially sold for 105 million dirhams last year in the Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab project. Following closely in third place is a hotel apartment within the "Club Villas" complex on Palm Jumeirah, fetching a notable 77 million dirhams in 2021. Dubai's real estate landscape continues to redefine luxury living, setting new benchmarks with each prestigious transaction.
