The developer promises future residents canal, lake, and park views, emphasizing “stunning” views. Despite not disclosing the exact location, Emaar assures that The Oasis will be about a 20-minute drive from Downtown Dubai.

at an event at Dubai’s Armani Hotel, Emaar founder Mohamed Alabbar expressed his excitement for the project, stating that it will harmoniously blend architecture and amenities that redefine the concept of upscale living surrounded by nature.

There will be lakes, water canals, parks, jogging tracks, green spaces, and many luxury amenities within the development.
