Impact of Emaar in off-plan property Market in 2019

Emaar Properties is a leading global property developer, continues to contribute its presence in Dubai Real Estate Market in terms of registered off-plan sales transactions in 2019. This statistical analysis is recorded by the real estate data platform, Data Finder.

This largest listed developer has registered 8,600 off-plan property sales overall in 2019 with an increase of 260% compared to 2018.

This whole graphical diagram says that Emaar had shared 36% of the overall property market in Dubai Developments and it continued to launch new projects like The Valley on the Dubai-Al Ain Road and Phase 3 of Arabian Ranches.

Other developers like Damac Properties, Azizi Developments were taken 8.9% and 6% off-plan market share in 2019. Dubai Properties Group (DPG) followed in third place with a market share of 8% with an annual increase of 103.5%.

Meraas accounted for 4% of the off-plan transactions and proudly launched the Cherrywood Townhouses on Al Qudra Road last year.
