Fujairah city completed construction at a cost of Dh1.9 Billion

Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Residential City has completed a new construction at a cost of Dh1.9 billion in Fujairah, Abu Dhabi.

President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has a new vision over this development under the management of His Highness Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Al Nahyan to meet the desires of citizens and improve their quality of life.

The city covers an area of 2.2 square kilometers and provides accommodations to 1,100 residential villas with state of the art facilities including schools, mosques, gardens, and shops, as well as a community cultural center and a men’s council.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed residential city is located in the emirate’s Al-Heysa area, which is 3-km south of Fujairah Airport. It has 20 parks of different sizes, public and interior, and plots of land dedicated to public services.

It is spread over a total area of 2 million and 150,000 square meters, with the aim of providing shelter for about 7,000 citizens. Extra facilities include a 35-kilometer firefighting network, the 39-km irrigation system, and the 43-km sewage system with an 86-km communications network.
