In a new initiative, Nakheel has launched Tilal Al Furjan, a collection of 220 luxury villas with four and five bedrooms overlooking Al Furjan.
A wide variety of communal amenities are also available, such as swimming pools, cycle paths, children’s playgrounds, and sports courts. Built on an elevated site above Al Furjan, the homes offer spacious interiors, high-quality finishes, floor to ceiling windows, and an emphasis on environmental sustainability.
This new project was launched to meet the high demand for real estate in Dubai after Nakheel’s Murooj Al Furjan sold out in the spring and Murooj Al Furjan West in September.
With the best in quality materials and finishes, these villas combine superiority and sustainability, as well as several green features, including solar water heaters, fresh air heat exchangers that resist moisture and an electric car charging point.
Featuring a built-up area of up to 5,270 square feet, each villa has a spacious private garden with room for a pool, as well as a garage for three vehicles. A grand entrance leads to a large kitchen, living and dining areas, a maid’s bedroom, as well as a guest bedroom with an en-suite bath. Featuring a walk-in wardrobe, a five-fixture bathroom, and a shaded balcony overlooking the garden, the master bedroom suite is located upstairs. Among the first floor’s amenities are the remaining en-suite bedrooms, a large family room, pantry, and study. Many floor plans also include aspects such as a courtyard, storeroom, show kitchen, and driver’s room.
Al Furjan is one of Dubai’s biggest and most popular mixed-use developments, spanning 560 hectares and housing nearly 30,000 people. The development has its own Dubai Metro station, two retail pavilions, a clubhouse, schools and more.
Also easily accessible from Sheikh Mohammed Bin Ziyad Road (E311), Al Yalayis Street (D57) and Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), the residence is in a prime location for commuting to Abu Dhabi and other parts of the city and is right next door to the Ibn Battuta Mall.
