The Yards by BEYOND: New Landmark in City of Arabia

BEYOND Developments has unveiled The Yards, a new master-planned destination in Dubai's City of Arabia, marking a significant milestone in the developer's expansion across the UAE. Alongside the launch of the masterplan, the company also introduced Arancia, the first residential cluster within the Mediterranean-inspired community.

As BEYOND's first inland development, The Yards in City of Arabia reflects the developer's confidence in one of Dubai's fastest-growing urban districts and its long-term vision for creating design-led communities in high-potential locations across the Emirates.

Spanning approximately 2.3 million square feet of gross floor area, The Yards will comprise 1,560 residential units, offering a collection of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Inspired by Mediterranean living, the masterplan is centred around a one-kilometre green spine, with nearly 70% of the total development dedicated to landscaped open spaces, creating a nature-focused environment that encourages wellness, connectivity, and community interaction.

Strategically positioned within the City of Arabia, The Yards benefits from exceptional connectivity to major employment centres, entertainment destinations, and transport infrastructure throughout Dubai. The development is located within a growing corridor that continues to attract investment and infrastructure upgrades, reinforcing its appeal for both residents and investors.
